About Qasvu.
Qasvu’s story started in 2017 when three students were all dreaming of a more candidate-based recruitment process. Luckily we now have several people working towards that vision by raising our network of potential candidates from all fields and have more and more open positions for our client companies.
Let’s make it short; Qasvu is a recruitment agency that truly concentrates on people. Qasvu is a community, where getting to know all of our members and helping them to grow professionally is important to us. We truly want to understand their aspirations and help them find their dream job without frustration.
Candidate first.
At Qasvu the candidate comes first. This means that we have a 30-minute conversation with each of our members about their interests and motivations, aiming to provide them with the best possibilities at the right time.
When the situation is not stressful nor does the candidate feel like being interrogated, we can really dive a bit deeper. Since the beginning we have also given tailored advice and mentoring for our members on their career development. All of this can only be achieved by truly caring of our members combined with the firm recruitment know-how we have here at Qasvu.

Candidate first does not mean we have less time for our clients – quite the contrary actually. Our unique network of young and experienced professionals enables us to find the right candidates for the right companies. This is a recipe through which the best jobs and best candidates find each other without extra stress.
