Purpose of using personal data
Personal information are used for following purposes:
- Customer relationship and customer service management
- Billing
- Purposes related to Qasvu services, such as development, provision, implementation and marketing
- Exercising the rights and obligations of the customer and the registrar
- Remarketing based on website behavior online and on social media
- Processing of job applications and communication related to recruitment
In addition, the registrar may enter in the customer register information of potential customers and their contact persons and representatives whom the registrar may reasonably expect to be interested in acquiring the services provided by Qasvu.
Personal data processed and retention period
The personal data to be stored in the register include:
- Name
- Status
- Company/organization
- Contact information (phone number, email address, address)
- Website addresses
- The IP address of the network connection
- Accounts/profiles in social media services
- Information about the ordered services and their changes
- Billing information
- Other information related to the customer relationship and the services ordered
Personal data is processed throughout the active customer relationship and for two years after the end of the customer relationship. In the case of new customer acquisition, if the customer has not been contacted, personal data is retained for three months. The personal data of parties who have shown an interest in acquiring new customers will be kept for one year.

The corporate customer information stored in the register is obtained from contact forms, e-mail, telephone, through social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations in which a customer discloses their information.

During the recruitment process, we may share your personal information with third parties. If you apply for a job through Qasvu and progress in the recruitment process, we will share your information with the client company. The client company is responsible for how they handle the information they receive.
We may be required to disclose certain information to authorities or the judiciary where required to do so by law. We only do this for a valid court decision or an order or challenge from an authority.
Protection and security of personal data
The register shall be handled with due care and the data processed by the systems shall be adequately protected. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is adequately addressed. The registrar shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it includes.
Right of inspection and right to request correction of information
Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent to the registrar. If necessary, the registrar may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity.
