To succeed in this position, you’ll need passion for accounting, great problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit. You are experienced in financial administration and accounting processes and have a relevant university/university of applied sciences degree. You have excellent documentation skills and process understanding. Your previous experience could be for example from an assistant controller position or from different projects in system implementation or change management processes within the field of accounting. Your IT skills are excellent and you have the ability to learn new systems. Interest in AI and RPA is considered as a big plus. You are able to communicate and work in English. Proficiency in Finnish and other Nordic languages is considered as an asset. You are detail-oriented and want to continuously challenge yourself and learn new things.   

To succeed in this position, you’ll need:  

  • Experience in financial administration processes and a relevant university degree
  • Experience in documentation, system implementation and change management processes
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Interest in international business and accounting
  • Fluent English skills are required, Finnish and other Nordic languages are also valued
