Staria Accounting Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist for our client company Staria to work with interesting international clients. In this position, you’ll be working as a part of Staria’s Global Accounting team and therefore need great language skills. Staria is a rapidly growing Accounting, ERP systems and Payroll provider. The company was founded in 2003 and has still a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Today, the company has over 200 employees with offices in three countries. Staria is a leading NetSuite partner in the Nordic countries having been crowned with International Partner of Year earlier in 2018. NetSuite is the ERP system used by Staria for its rapidly growing international services. The company constantly strives to create new and better ways of solving customer’s issues relating to Accounting and Payroll including big pushes in AI and RPA.

Staria offers International Accounting Services with exceptional ONE STOP delivery model. As an Accounting Specialist in Staria, you’ll work day-to-day with international client companies. Your work tasks would include for example accounting, taking care of customer’s subledgers, daily financials and reporting. You will work closely with customers and support their business with your financial expertise.
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this position, you’ll need passion for accounting, great problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit. You have a relevant university/university of applied sciences degree and work experience in accounting, subledgers or financial administration. You have good IT skills and ability to learn new systems. Interest in AI and RPA is considered as a big plus. You are able to communicate and work in English and have a proficiency in Nordic languages (especially Swedish, but Norwegian/Danish/Finnish are also valued). You are detail-oriented and want to continuously challenge yourself and learn new things.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- Relevant university degree and work experience in similar tasks
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Interest in international business and passion for accounting
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English skills + skills in Nordic languages
