Hi, my name is Fanni Rajamäki, I am an ambitious and outgoing Bosslady who was brought up in a family of entrepreneurs and the new CEO of Qasvu.
For the past three years, I have been an Account Manager and Sales Coach at Academic Work and was recently approached by Viktor, Jonas and Rickard with a proposition to join Qasvu. With their contagious drive and passion for Qasvu, they made me believe that it is possible to shift the focus in recruitment to candidate first.
Due to this unique recruitment approach I want to serve clients quickly and efficiently, changing the way firms identify and find their new team-members. I look forward to working with passionate and ambitious people and influencing workplace culture. The foundation built at Qasvu is great, and is one of the main reasons why I wanted to embark on this challenge!

- I am an unashamed crazy dog lady. Ok, at times I am slightly embarrassed of my doggo’s curiosity.
- In 2016 I had the longest tongue in Finland. If you search hard enough you can find me in some Finnish newspapers.
- I taught myself to ride a horse, in an open field without a saddle.
